I have bought sneakers and boots for my son here for the last three years (he is 6) because he has had a difficult fit and I appreciate the service and advice for the best fit for him. But when I went in today, I was so disappointed in the service! The man working did not even greet us, offered no help and then measured my son's foot and rudely said he was only measuring his foot to fit the shoes HE had. If we went into another store, the size would not be the same! I think he thought we were looking for a free fitting!! He hid the foot measure, did not offer a size,width, which I know his size and did not need to know! I was so insulted I walked out and will NEVER go back in!!

I have gotten all my Converse shoes here as well as other casual shoes that have all turned out great. Fantastic staff and they even stock sizes for huge feet like mine! Thanks!

I just bought two pairs of men's shoes. One for casual wear and one for interviews and other formal occasions. both are of great quality and very comfortable. The salesman was knowledgable, friendly, honest, and fit me perfectly
