We bought an IMac from these people, and it turned out to be a lemon. The service department was helpful, but the store refused to return the lemon in exchange for a new computer. We went to the Apple Store, who gave us a new computer. BEWARD, if you buy a new machine from this store, they won't replace it if it's a lemon!

The service department is great! I only buy old used machines. They help me keep them running. Their service department is always trying to solve problems without having to buy new parts.

Better selection than the Apple Retail Store.Their service department saved me hundreds of dollars when they repaired my broken MacBook screen. They fixed it the same day. I love these guys.

Can count on them

Two weeks for a new Power Supply and Hard Drive and still don't have my warranty repair done ... a years ago, it took aver a week for a new hard drive onto an iBook ... call them and let know they are bad yescomputers.com/phonenumbers.html
