Been taking my dog Gizmo here for years now. I wouldn't take him anywhere else. She has a way with dogs and it shows. Always did a great job on Gizmo

I went online to find the phone number for this spa and I read some very harmful reviews. Just to set the record straight...There is no smoking, no foul language, no yelling or harmful loudness to the pet. I had a great experience with my bulldog Winston. Beth was wonderful with the dog and made him feel comfortable. Winston is very rambunctious and Beth calmed him down playing games with him. She did a fantastic job! Will definitely go back here again!

They give a time but make you wait pass the time for hours, incomplete grooming, loud mouth scaring pets while grooming, they give you a price, than when they are nearly done they give you another price exceeding the first amount while degrading you and your pet, they make you work holding your pet getting dirty and wet. They do not know how to clean their bathing area and cutting supplies and the place entirely is filth, along with there speech and their appearance. Not fit for animals and humans All in All STAY AWAY!!!! Find a real groomer!

BEWARE !!! STAY AWAY !!! NO GOOD FOR ANY PET OR PERSON. TRASHY MOUTH , DIRTY BATHING EQUIPMENT. ABSOLUTE NO IDEA HOW TO GROOM A DOG OR CAT. CIGARETTE SMOKE THRUOUT. YUK !!! THEY SAY ONE PRICE THAN GIVE ANOTHER!!! SAYS ANIMAL IS GOOD BUT WHEN WANTING THE CRAZY AMOUNT SAYS ANIMAL NEEDS A VET!!!

I would not return to this business. My Shihtzu has gone there many times, however, the last two times, I was very displeased. The regular groomer was not there, and someone that had no experience did the grooming. My dog was scared and her hair was chopped up. I would not recommend them.
