As far as I'm concerned, their service is worse than bad...

For 5 weeks, I''ve been waiting for a cost proposal for a new T.V. antenna and tower after being told by the owner, Brad, that they do tower antennas all the time and I'd have a proposal the next day.

Every week I got the same excuse that their computer is down, so they couldn't write out any proposals - I guess they never heard of pen and paper.

After 4 weeks, I finally got the promise of a hand written proposal and was told that I would receive it the following day by fax, 05.22.09.

Well, here it is 05.29.09. I called again today and was told they still didn't have anything for me.

I've since told them not to bother any further - I'll find someone else - which I strongly advise anyone else to do if they were considering using this company!

If they can't come through with a proposal, how can they be expected to come through with an actual job?
