Fraud and Rip Off

i fell for the website and "Internationally Acclaimed" but this man is a fraud. on pieces i know worth $8000 and hanging in galleries he gave me appraisals of $1000. i went to him on a Monday and in Tuesdays mail i had this ridiculous appraisal that had caveats on it against taking legal action. i called him to discuss and he told me he called 3 local auction houses and thats what theyd pay. that is NOT an appraisal. I called galleries around the country that advertised same art and they had identical for sale for $8500. If he doesnt refund me i will be filing a claim in small claims court.



i did some reseach on his company and he is NOT affiliated with ANY national appraisal associations as he would like you to believe. i spoke with the National Appraisers Association in DC that apparently gives designations to real appraisak services and they never heard of him.
