I am a regular client of this place now. I tried this place over Christmas weekend and liked so much. The lady work over there is highly experienced and I didn't have a pain at all. The place is very nice. I have recommended all my friends for this place and few of them already tried. They likes it so much.

It was my first time going to Neel Thredz Spa, I enjoyed the place at first, calming environment, the employee was nice but seemed hasty...



The morning after getting my eyebrows threaded I woke up to my whole brow area red and extremely swollen! The next couple of days began to get worse. I saw my primary care physician ASAP and was told I had a bacterial skin infection due to threading. I was prescribed antibiotics and a topical steroid cream.



I was furious that I demanded my money back and to pay at least half of the medical cost. Also, the employee (who stated she was originally from Kentucky and works on occasion) was very hesitant to give me her "manager's" name and number for me to contact him directly... I do not recommend this facility if you're interested in threading.
