If you would like to take a nearly million dollar condo and turn it into a place to bathe like you are living in a RV, then by all means hire this firm. My experience was beyond horrible. Bob Katz lacks communication and creativity. He creates "drawings" without even checking to see if they are architecturally feasible. After I did my own investigation and found out that they weren't even possible drawings, he still refused find an alternative. Instead drawing a completely useless shower that won't fit to the building's standards and would be the size of a shower found in a RV. Literally suggested a 3 x 3.8 Shower!!!!! Completely ridiculous. Absolute horrible work. DO NOT HIRE THIS FIRM.
