Took our Grand Cherokee with less than 38000 miles on it in for a recall. 17 days later it still wasn't fixed so we traded on a vehicle we really didn't want but needed something to drive. They were suppose to put a temporary fix on it. The salesman Dennis was ask if it was drivable before we bought the new one and he said no. That evening he called and ask if we would sell the deer guard off of it for $50 and I said no. We found out they sold the Grand Cherokee to one of their employee's relatives so I guess it was drivable after all. Would not recommend this dealership. Buyer beware.
