Prepare to get scammed by this company of you don't know what's going on. I wanted a cleaning. They scheduled me for an emergency shutoff which I didn't want. So they didn't fix what was wrong. Then sent someone back out and said it wouldn't cost anything because it was a cleaning unless I needed a part because they knew I called for a cleaning. Later found out they were trying to charge me for another cleaning and calling the first one an emergency shutoff service call. Then my unit didn't work again. I called another company because Jp Dunn was trying to charge me another 100 to come out and told me it was a party that it needed. After I was already charged 100 2 times. Which I tried to explain to the worker Benny, who then started to talk over me and then told me if I don't want to listen and get it fixed then that they don't need my business and to go somewhere else. Not professional at all except when he was telling me they did everything they were supposed to and the next step would be to fix a part that would prolly be 100$ so it would be 200$ for another visit. So I had another company come out and they found 2 filters that were not changed and were completely shocked on how I was treated. Especially how I had a 2 yr old and how they didn't have my hot water on all for 2 weeks in freezing weather in the middle of the winter.

We recently moved in to JP Dunn's service area and our furnace would not turn off in one zone. A call for service was scheduled promptly. They showed up on time. Did a professional job diagnosing the problem a sheduled a date and time to fix it.



Now here is the kicker. While at the house, my wife put our 16 month old down for a nap. The 2 men from JP Dunn literally tiptoed up and down the stairs and whispered while they did their work while our daughter slept soundly. That is a truly professional job.

We recently had heat put in our attic by this company! They were very professional, we got a quick appointment. Very reasonable price for the job. And they were in and out in 1 day!! He also was kind enough to work out a payment plan for us!!
