Provided by SuperpagesI had very long, virgin blonde hair that I wanted to put highlights in. Between me being awful at explaining what I want and probably not picking the best reference picture, I ended up with a platinum ombre. Not bad, but not what I wanted. I went back to try to get it fixed, and they were very kind and fixed it for free, even though I was partially to blame for getting the wrong color initially. I was doubtful that anyone would be able to match my original color, since blonde can be so hard to match, but Katy did. She made my hair look better than I could have ever imagined.

Provided by SuperpagesMy curly, medium length hair loves the cuts. I'm going from dyeing my hair dark brown to gray, which can be really ugly. But we are putting in low lights in the gray as it grow out. Working beautifully to blend from brown to streaked gray. Love the service and cleanliness of the salon. Very reasonable pricing, especially for the low lights.

Provided by SuperpagesI have to say I was TOTALLY dissatisfied with Family Hair to the point where I almost walked out in tears. After injuring my arm I am unable to style it myself, so I went in for a simple wash, trim, and straighten. I have really curly hair so I know it's a process, but the stylist clearly had NO idea how to deal with curly hair. She left my hair frizzy and sticking out everywhere, to the point where I had to grab the iron from her and attempt to do it myself before I could bear to walk out of there. She also made the mistake of cutting it while it was still wet (a big no-no for curly hair, especially when the customer wears it straight), so it is now choppy and uneven. On top of everything, I was charged $40!!! I'm NEVER going back there, and don't recommend it unless you need a simple dry trim.

Provided by SuperpagesI took my 2 year old for his 1st haircut. It went so much better then I thought. The stylist was wonderful, he had his own chair to sit in, and got to watch his favorite movie during his haircut. The salon is very comfortable and affordable, only $12 for his haircut. Great experience and I ended up getting my haircut while I was there, $14. So much cheaper and better than my salon in the cities. Would recommend this salon to the whole family!!
