After filling out paperwork for 10 or 15 minutes, the doctor or PA came in and spent about 2 minutes with me literally. She told me what she thought was wrong (a big name which I'd never heard of). I told her I'd never heard of it, and she said it was rare then wrote it down and told me to look it up on the Mayo website and gave me a prescription. I got the feeling she couldn't wait to be done with me and move on to the next. One person there was very nice, but I won't be going back.

I have been going here since roughly January 2009 for a wart on my foot that they are trying to remove. Recently I was told I can no longer go there because my bill is more than 90 days. I've made monthly payments every month, and it still does not matter. They apparently do not want our (as my husband starting going there recently) business... Their excuse was the bill will keep going up! Well that's assuming the wart will NEVER go away! When it goes away and I'm still making payments won't the bill continue to go down??! The contact has been very, very rude to me, and I believe is deliberately lying to me about whether or not she discussed this with either doctor, as this does not make any business sense to turn away customers that make monthly payments and have superior credit scores.



Take this for what it's worth, if you can afford to pay for your entire bill you will have no problem. If you have a lingering problem that needs attention every 2 weeks (doctor's request) to get rid of something and can only pay a certain amount a month you will have problems if you have a balance after 90 days.



Now what I have to do is pay the balance off and by that time hopefully the wart does not take steps backward! Then I have to go back again?!



It's too bad! All I want is to get rid of this thing on my foot, now it's looking as if I'll need to start over.

I have been to this office a few times over the past several years. Once for a rash on my back that I had for months, I saw several other doctors who didn���t do a thing for me. Dr. Cole was very kind and knowledgeable. She knew what it was on the first visit and what it had been from. She gave me a prescription, it cleared up within days!
