Design was fabulous and the designer was great to work with (she is not with them anymore). However right from the beginning we had settling issues. They offered a 3 year warranty and did come to service it, though in every case it took at least 3 attempts to get a call back. After the warranty expired we started paying for repair work even though the issue dated back to day one. Ok, we could accept this provided they were at least marginally responsive. This year it took 5 attempts to get in touch with them only to be told they were too busy to help us. When you spend over 20 grand with someone you expect them to stand behind their work. My advice to you is if you have these guys put in your patio, you'd better learn how to do your own repairs.
