Have to say I've been to several salons in the area but my first visit to Micchelli Hair Design was such a pleasant experience I will definitely be back. Other salons advertise the Brazilian blowout but the results left my hair dry and brittle. The owner/stylist, Tom Micchelli explained the process step by step as he went along making me feel confident he knew what he was doing. Boy, was I delighted with the results! My hair actually felt great afterward.. It's only two weeks and I've had so many compliments I had to call and let him know how pleased I am and will be returning to the salon.

I searched for a hair stylist for the longest time after moving to south jersey from the NYC area and finally a friend recommended Tom Micchelli to me. What a blessing…. He knew exactly what hair style would look best on me and he gave me a new look which made me feel so good about myself…. The compliments I receive are never ending. And no more worries about my hair in the summer months after I get his brazilian blowout. It's over ten years now and I would not ever think of someone else cutting or styling my hair. I recommended many of my friends to Tom and they all loved his work. Kudos to you Tom!!!

I have been having my hair done by Tom Micchelli @ Micchelli Hair Designs for several years and wouldn't think of going any place else. The name says it all "Hair Designs"! Tom does not simply give you a hair cut he actually designs a look just for you....it's a collaborations! My friends at work actually say I come to the office everyday looking like I just had my hair done, He gives you a style that you can work with and continues to look great week after week as it grows. He is a true artist and is always a pleasure to work with. He wants you to walk out of the salon happy and feeling beautiful! It is a true pleasure to visit his salon and have recommended him to friends and family. All have been extremely pleased. A true talent!!

Tom Micchelli has been cutting my hair for years and I have never been disappointed. He does a fabulous job. I travel all the way from Reading PA to have him cut my hair. A few of my friends also use him. One gets color/highlights and she says he is the best.

I went to Micchellis hair salon in Northfield, NJ to have a Brazilian blowout which was on special. It looked beautiful and I think I enjoyed looking at my hair for about 2 minutes before he suggested a cut and the next thing you know I had 6 inches cut off my beautiful long hair. I suggested that I wanted it layered , but he said no and proceeded to cut it straight across.I looked down to see my hair on the ground and none of it was there. Meanwhile my beautiful long locks are gone. Apparently, he is making a double profit on me by selling my hair. I would happily donate my hair for cancer patients, but I feel as though he was sneaky in that he just wanted my hair especially after he had it nice and smooth and keratin treated. I am very disappointed I will never go back again.
