I don't know what the complaint would be. If you were told 25 and it turned out to be 28.50 plus tax. really.. Sometimes a place has to do a little more work than they thought, should they do it for free?. They do a good job on repair and are as close as they can be with the quote. They do take deposits, why shouldn't they? People don't come back for their stuff. If your stuff is cheap fix it if you like it . If not don't fix it
