I went to O'meara with my husband looking to trade in our car. After they promised us the world and we signed all the paperwork they told us the next day that they couldn't give us our car. Even worse is that they had us sign the checklist they were supposed to go over with us when we received our car. They were completely awful. I would never recommend anyone to go to them. Lakewood Fordland is the best hands down. Jared Maes made us so many promises and never followed through. They made us feel like they were playing games and being dishonest all along. Don't trustt them with your vehicle.

The sales person was very knowledgeable and friendly. However, when it came time to purchase the vehicle, they held our debit card hostage - we had to threaten to call and report it stolen before they handed it back to us. We had signed up at the home show to win a car. A man from O'Meara called us and said that 3.9% financing was available - not true - despite having good credit. The pricing of the vehicle was a painful experience and took well over one hour to get a price from them. We purchased a new vehicle costing over $30000 and they could not even give us a full tank of gas. To make matters worse, our deposit check was stolen from the dealership and we had to close our bank account, stop payment on the check, and reopen a new bank account. So far the only thing they have given us for all the trouble we went through to protect our identity is to issue a check for the amount of the stop payment fee.‎‬‪

I recently purchased a Ford F-150 from O’Meara Ford in Denver Colorado and it was the worstCar buying experience EVER !!!!!! O’Meara Ford SUCKS big time!!!! They didn’t have the truck I was looking for. They found one at another local dealer, and could get the truck from them. I said ok, and asked how long it would take. They said about 30 to 45 minutes. They demanded I give them a blank check. They said I needed to show a commitment to purchase the truck (give me a break!). The truck finally show up about 4 hours later!!! During this time I was having second thoughts about these guys, but they refused to give me my check back!!!!! I was told I hadto purchase the truck!!! They wanted me to sign all of the loan documents without even seeing the truck!!! I refused to do that and the salesman and his sales manger became angry and very rude. I recently brought my truck into Omeara Ford to check out a starting problem. The mechanic there advise me to replace the engine which would cost $14,000. I flat out told him that I can buy a new truck with that money. Even after the fact he advise me to replace it anyways. It does not take a brain surgeon to figure out why. I went to get a second opinion on the truck. Found out that the engine is working just fine and does not need any work. These guys will try to rip you off. I reapeat do not go here if you want to get ripped off.

Under no circumstances would I recommend this dealership to anyone buying a NEW or USED car. They're good salesman. They were good enough to keep us there for 5 hours until 11PM and then THEY drove our car off the lot and to our house where we discovered the next morning that there was about 600$ worth of body damage from some collision that we hadn't seen in the dark. When we talked to them about it they accused us of wrecking the car (I hadn't even started the ignition until we drove it back to them). They have no intention of addressing this issue and told us "Well, you own the car now".
