Getting your taxes done is nothing fun and most of us want to keep our information private. At Pinnacle Taxes, I got to meet one on one with the preparer in a separate office away from all of the other people. In the past, I had went to a National company and had to sit in a room with 5 other desks and many other people getting their taxes done at the same time. I liked being able to speak with my preparer about my situation without letting everyone in the room knowing my business. Overall, this was the best experience that I have had while getting my taxes done and the best part, I payed about half of what I paid last year.
