Rip Off!!!! Cricket is a no activation fee company how ever this place decides to charge $20. But they dont charge it as that , they charge it as a accessory. Than they tell you it's mandatory to purchase the insurance for the first month, which is untrue. After a conversation with corporate I wa s informed that it is not mandatory and there is no activation fee. After going back to this place I was told, "We are not a corporate owned store, we can do what we want.". Steer clear. Rip off!!!!!!! This is not my primary phone service, this is for a babysitter who needs a phone. Now I have to go to a corporate store and file a complaint and have my next month credited. AVOID NORTHLAKE!!!!!!!!
