We adopted a very difficult puppy and I found the staff and selection at this store to be exceptional. They carried items that were all natural and healthy.
The staff was highly knowledgeable and helped us pick things out that would help our growing puppy and even talked with us and gave us tips on additional things to try. I don't think that I've ever been to a pet store where they have offered so much assistance and help with their customers.
We have gone back several times, sometimes just to browse and always have a great experience. It is also evident that the staff loves animals and the store is always extremely clean and organized. I always recommend this store to other dog owners that I meet and will continue to shop there.

This place is more than bad for service. Stood in the fish department for 10 minutes, no service. Call them on the telephone, totally lost

I'vve been to another pet supermarket in Ft Walton and they were larger but they r also have more demand. Tey r pricy but that is what I expect from a pet specialty store. These types of stores sell pet products that u can not find at Walmart. They carry higher grade dog food. The big brands are full of junk and so I have shop at stores where I can find better brands like Blue Buffalo and Welness. I thought the employees were nice. I would give them 5 stars but I thought that their employees could have been more hands on helpful.

This place is terrible. Bad prices,fully staffed with no good customer service,nothing with deals or bulk deals from what the manager says. Go to wal mart or pet supplies plus.
