Tru-Temp is my go-to for HVAC! I had a problem with the AC a few years back and I was referred to Tru-Temp by a friend of a friend. Wes came out to service the system and now I am a customer for life. He is very knowledgeable/thorough and seems to enjoy his work, which makes a huge impact on customer satisfaction. They work around your schedule and are very reasonably priced. Excellent company! We received 5 bids from various HVAC companies to replace our 4.0 ton natural gas combination pack. Tru-Temp provided a competitive quote with installation a few days later. We got great service from Wes (the owner) at Tru Temp! He was at our place in Moundville in 2 hours on a HOT Saturday during Memorial Day Weeekend! He quickly got our A/C going again after replacing a capacitor and cleaning the coils. I would highly recommend them, and they handle service calls 24/7!

Called Tru Temp and they were at my home within 20 minutes! The two men that came were super nice and informative! The price was very reasonable! My air is blowing 4 degrees cooler thanks to them ���� I highly recommend Tru Temp!

Tru-Temp Heating & Cooling did a quality job for me, and they were quick! They installed two Honeywell WiFi Thermostats (I can now control upstairs and downstairs units with my smartphone), re-connected an air-register in the basement by running new ductwork, and expanded a register in our nursery. Their pricing was very reasonable considering the time and effort they put in to do a quality job. I've used at least 6 Heating & A/C companies over the past decade, and I've never had this level of service at such a competitive price. Highly recommended. They stand behind their work, and you never have to wait 2 days for a call back if you have a question.

Call Tru-Temp when your A/C goes out. Wes came to our house on a Friday night at 8:30! Even in the dark he found the problem with our A/C. Although, he had to order a part to fix the A/C, he worked until he found the "real problem". He was back first thing Monday morning, with the part, and had the A/C working in a short time.

Wes was very professional, knowledgable, and personable.
