There's a lot tax prep companies around BUT I must say TTP is the best I've seen in a while. Their professionalism is amazing, they go strictly by the IRS rules and laws. They go above and beyond the "Call of duty"... The clients are very very happy walking in and out!! #KOODLES They truly aim for the MAX BACK ON YOUR RETURN! I'm pleased to be connected to a company that gives back to the community. Tuscaloosa Tax Pro has excellent customer service. The environment is so welcoming. They have so many different services taxes, credit repair, tax classes and more.

I was having issues with getting my credit together. I have paid so many companies to fix my credit. Soon as I signed up for their Credit Repair program, instantly my old accounts started dropping off of my reports. It was a slow process, but TTP walked side by side with me the whole time. After all my accounts fell off then this company guided me on how to then build my score. I love Tuscaloosa Tax Pro

Victoria Scales was very nice and professional and she was very informative. The staff was also very professional and worked in a timely fashion. My experience at Tuscaloosa Tax Pro was great I will be back next year.

If you’re needing someone to help you with your taxes , then you should definitely come to Tuscaloosa Tax Pro & Credit Restoration. They helped this old fella! They have phenomenal service and the staff is very knowledgeable and customer friendly. Plus it didn’t take forever for me to receive my return back. I will definitely be coming back for all of my tax needs. Just need a location on 69S but they have 2 other locations!

The atmosphere was delightful and the agents were informative and professional. Everyone was very nice! They'll definitely be filing my taxes from now on.They offer a drop-off service, I was unable to stay so I left all of paperwork w/ Brandi and Kela called me back in to sign!! Tuscaloosa Tax Pro was by far the best experience since I've been filing my taxes. I learned so many things that other tax prepares didn't tell me. I was riding pass Tusc. Tax Pro and noticed the office was open after tax season. I had several questions pertaining to me granddaughter that started working this year. They were helpful, I hate my baby wouldn't have a major return bec of no dependents. But all of that was explained! Thanks again TTP!

Being dependable and reliable is an understatement. First and foremost I like that they're open year round! That was very shocking to me, most tax offices close after tax season!! Plus they're also a source for credit repair, they helped me get my credit back on track! There isn't a contract, you can cancel the monthly deduction at any time!! Thanks TTP for everything!!
