I would not recommend this branch in particular. Carla Guyton-Ingram, CSSR has no customer resolution skills at all. The best that this young lady can do, is sit back put on this sarcastic smile and inform you that she does not have to inform you of anything pertaining to your New account due to the Dis-closer agreement. Basicly she is telling me that she does not have to go over my new account with me nor was she to bring to my attention limits to the account. In her words that is why we give you all that paper work so that you can inform your self. wow really this is how we treat our new customers Ms. Ingram? Bank Manager was no where to be found or she was hiding out just like Ms. Ingram was doing when I can to the Branch to ask why I was not fully informed of the limitation and other programs which comes with this account in which I was convinced was going to be a good banking experience just to find that, I was taken for a joy ride at Wells Fargo's lack or employee trainning.
