I went to that store to shop for furniture, I was approved for a Ashley Card.... I used the card last year 2016 from that on I didn't go back to any Ashley Furniture Store to shop for more, suddenly this year I've got a charge for my card, somebody use my account to shop at Ashley Store....who should have my account only the people I have talk before.....at that store....

Worst Customer Service ever, beyond belief.
We ordered a Dining table before Thanksgiving decided to host dinner at our house for Thanksgiving based on their promise to deliver the items by Tuesday at the latest. Guess what no delivery was made Tuesday, nor Wednesday until we get a call the day of Thanksgiving at 6 am from the delivery people that they will be coming be here by 10am to set it up. Keeping in mind when placing the order they said delivery is $150 and you have to pay cash to the delivery people because its a third party, somehow before leaving the store it was now up to $175 for delivery and then the day of delivery they charged $200 cash. I called the store non stop and not once did they call back or let me speak to the manager. I called the main office and they didnt even have the delivery set up to say the least about the order. All they did was blame the delivery people who were not at fault saying the delivery people changed their mind about picking up my order. Everyone there had a different story. Ashley Furniture made promises to people just to get the sale done. I still don't have my plates, place mats or rug that were supposed to be delivered. Now I call and they won't pick up the phone.
I get better service at the Jack in the box drive thru.

I sat home all day today since...

I sat home all day today since 10am because they said they were coming to my home. They now tell me they want me to sit home again all day, which I am NOT going to do. I spent over $7,000 this year on furniture with them. My bedroom drawers are still messed up and they will not fix them. This is NOT acceptable and once I get my dresser I will have to take my business elsewhere. They have no regard for my time that I have wasted all day 6 hours waiting for them.

Customer service is terrible. They rescheduled my delivery 3 times. The first they didn't call, after taking the day off to wait for it. They offer nothing in exchange or even an apology. Two months later still waiting for the second half of my living room
