Wonky layout I always find myself zig zagging across the warehouse. I suppose they do that so you will make more impulse purchases.

The gas station attendant offered to fill up my tank for me! I bought Goodyear tires at a great price and they will check the tire pressure anytime you drive up. They have my favorite coffee beans that I can grind in the store. Also, their paper products are at a good price and their rotisserie chicken is delicious. I have no complaints.

In the last 3 years the customer service at Costco has deteriorated that I have stop going on a regular basis. The managers are rude and are not willing to help like in the past.
The merchandise quality has also changed.

Poor service rating reflects their food court services. It's ridiculous to have two lines going but only one person working both lines--toggling back and forth! I was at costco for 45 minutes, 25 min longer than needed. I got over a dozen items in less than 10 minutes, another 10 min waiting to checkout. The rest was waiting in line for 2 hotdogs when there were only 3 other customers in front of me (one ordered 2 sundaes, one picked up a pre-ordered pizza, one a slice of pepperoni). It's extremely frustrating. I'll only go there to buy groceries and supplies but I won't buy anything from their cafe again.

This location is great and convenient for me because it's one of the bigger warehouses and it has gas station to fill up with great price.

Good place to get the large quantities of whatever you need.



Bad place if you want to get a new membership or renew your old one. Customer service goes out of their way to try to sell you on the more expensive $100 that nobody besides a restaurant owner/supplier really needs and even when you say "no" twice you get attitude. They act like everything you ask them is a hardship for them and oh how dare a customer get a gold star membership instead of the expensive one. They get commission for the more expensive membership, so I guess they have to go out of their way to act like they are salespeople at a costco sized version of a car dealership.



The people at the customer service desk I think are hired just for their nasty,uncaring attitude.



The people who work the floor and do the registers, are nicer. I always liked this store, but next time I am going to renew my membership online.

Northridge Costco has always given me great service. Got home one time and discovered I was missing a $40 bottle of Maker's Mark. Went back and they gave me another one, no problems.
Great meat and produce always!
