Since brining in a New P.A. the care has dropped incredibly. The mistakes on Billing is one thing (we got our Money back for 'Dual Billing' on a huge Blood test. Several pages long?) then Dr. McGregor is getting up there in age. Someone on his Staff said he is 88 years old? If this is true it might be time to retire? You just have to stop being in denial like many of us in this life and be HONEST with yourself. The new P.A. is terrible. Pretending to be an M.D. and questioning other doctors & medications they 'Prescribe'. He should stay out of their decision making and stop pretending to be a doctor. Stay in your 'own zone'. This P.A. wastes 40 minutes of time I could have had WITH MY REAL DOCTOR and then Dr. McGregor walks in and 'I have to REPEAT MYSELF'. Makes no sense at all. (Either or I say...and why not get a doctor NOW who will replace you in the near future? Vs a P.A.?). Your PATIENTS are safer this way and prepared for the 'next "DOCTOR". I found a great doctor in Tarzana, CA and replaced Dr. McGregor. Have a good retirement sir. Thank you for 'years ago'. It is time sir. It is time. Good luck!
