Our FHA approval experts first review a development’s governing documents and financial statements in conjunction with HUD guidelines to make an initial determination regarding the likelihood of FHA approval. Upon an initial determination of eligibility, we handle the entire application process from start to finish, interfacing with HUD and the association or management company to help ensure the speediest approval possible.
