The company is one of the worst security companies around. The guards are lazy and get drunk on site, some aren't even licensed by bsis. The simple fact is the guards do not care. And why should they? Hawks is notorious for not paying their employees for overtime, having checks bounce, and pay being late. All the quality guards quit, those that are left are there because nobody else will take them.

DO NOT HIRE

Do not hire them!!! After a year of their "service" our complex is overrun with drug dealers, gangs, homeless and other assorted scum. Their guards do nothing but eat and sleep. They don't return phone calls or emails. They promise you the world before you sign the contract and don't deliver afterwards. Very unprofessional and horrible company. You are better off flushing your money down the toilet. They are a joke.
