Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I had a framing project that I was told would take 3 weeks. I had to hound them to finish it after 6 weeks. Less than one month later, it is falling apart and I had to take it back to them. I was then told it would take a week to fix. Two weeks later, they say "So sorry, there are 75 projects ahead of you, we don't know when it will be finished." When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was hung up on.



Take you business elsewhere. They prices are too high, their work is suspect, and their service is awful.
