I would have given a higher rating but can't based on what happened to me today. I had a spinal fusion & I'm doing PT hoping to get better. The PT assistant that works with me Christina was great. She knows her job and is pleasant. Last week I spoke with AZAR the head Physical therapist. I asked how things worked when it comes to getting more visits. She said her office staff takes care of that. I drove all the way over there today only to be told you don't have any more approved visits?! Didn't I just ask about that last Friday? Yet no one took it upon themselves to check my chart and put in for more visits for me. AND no one called me to keep me from having to make a trip there for nothing. Not very professional on their part. Someone dropped the ball and I'm the one to suffer for it. You would have gotten four stars if the person in charge of that facility had pulled me aside to tell me that someone dropped the ball, this should never have happened, it will be rectified immediately. You know the normal things you tell someone when you make a mistake. All I got was 'sorry.' This is no way to run a "professional" office.

Extremely rude when I requested medical records. Refused to provide any level of help or customer care.

This place is not worth to visit . The front staff and the reception is really rude and mean . They make you feel like you are at there mercy and they are the ones who run the show . The therapists are nice but the reception is the first place which makes you feel disgusted and rethink of even visiting the place again . They have the most RUDE RECEPTION STAFF seen as seen.
