Worst place to live ever!!



Do not trust anything they say. My husband and I lived here for about a year from 2010 to 2011 and we could not wait to just get out!



Don't get me wrong, the apartments are really nice and luxurious, but it's not worth the headache and torture that results in POOR Management, surprise bills, rent increase of $400 +, etc.



We gave Meridian Place $400 deposit and upon move-out, they took the deposit PLUS sent us an invoice through a collection agency for another $400 on top of that for stuff that they are required to do ANYWAY! (Cleaning, etc.) That's what the deposit is for dummies.



Also, we were always mistreated, disrespected, and lied to by the whole staff including the Manager who absolutely knows nothing about anything. This entire company is bogus, and they will find any way possible to rip you off, lie to you, and do whatever they can to make you miserable.



I wouldn't come back to live in these nice-looking apartments even if rent was $1!! So not worth it, I moved to Archstone Woodland Hills which is another luxury apartment, and they are absolutely wonderful over there!! They care about you so much, whenever you have a problem, they come fix it in like 30 mins, and when we had to move out, they charged me NOTHING on top of the $99 deposit we gave them. They never gave us any surprise charges or notices to evict (like Meridian Place did when they lied to us and rejected our coupon), etc.



If you are considering moving here, DON'T. I am even in the process of filing a complaint against these guys for mistreatment and fals advertising.
