I bought a mattress set on Sunday, they delivered it Sunday evening. No high pressure sales, the transaction was smooth and I love my bed. I bought a hard surface one with all the whistles and bells, elevates head and feet, has a light under the bed and massager. I had initial buyers remorse but soon realized it was a wonderful decision and I am very happy with it. Good service and very customer friendly.

I have been shopping around for matresses for about a week and have done my research, but before I did a little bit of research, I visited ortho and then 2 days after visiting their store, I called to ask about the specs on a specific bed that i was interested in, such as the coil count, the working turns, the type of coil and so on. The paranoid salesman on the phone asked me which one of his competitors I was calling from and then he asked me again, I was like I am calling from work and he told me that only a professional would know to ask these questions, and I told him I did my research. Then he accused me of calling him numerous times even though I told him that this was my first time calling him. He refused to answer the rest of my questions and told me that I had to come in the store if I wanted more information. I bet the salesmen work on commision b/c they are very pushy and overbearing and make you haggle with them, you feel as if you are being conned out of your money. Therfore I will not be purchasing my bed from here and would rather pay more because of how I was treated on the phone.
