We received a call from this company asking us regarding printing supplies. I politely let them know we were not interested and asked to be removed from the call list. They asked why, I let them know we were 100% paperless. He continued to tell me how he wanted my business and he wouldn't take me off the list and became vulgar, so I hung up. He then called back and cussed out my staff, so we hung up, and he'd call back - this went on for 30minutes.

I received another phone call today. I let the salesperson know I was not interested because we were paperless and to remove our number from their call list. "sorry I can't do that" and hung up. I called them back & I spoke with someone named Mike. I explained to him that we have no printer needs, he told me "well we want your business so we're going to keep calling"

I get the impression this company spends a lot of time creating fake reviews and attempting to discredit consumer complaints - they are NOT simply making cold calls.

Our business uses Reliable Imaging for our toner needs. Shipping is timely and we have never had any problem with the service or products.
