Inexpensive sushi place in valley.

every time I go here service is slow but that's because they are super busy and small location. delicious food though.

My rolls were the size of a quarter, mushy with no elegance, and 90% rice. Avocado was brown and the decor was so sad. The only thing that kept me happy was the beer. Other than that, it was disgusting!!!

Shogun is type of restaurant that you go to only when you would like to enjoy a nice lunch or very very late dinner. Otherwise, the normal hours most people would pay to sit and enjoy an enjoyable dinner are never available at Shogun. The place gets very crowded and to make matters worse, the wait staff are young, unorganized and unfriendly at best. However, the chefs are quite friendly and make some delicious dishes. If you don't mind waiting for a table and aren't put off by slow or rude service then Shogun is the place to go for dinner. But, if you like to save money on great sushi and can arrive around late lunch (before 6pm) or after 9pm on weekend days, then Shogun is the place for you.
