Great Job. This is the best cleaners I have found yet in the Livonia or Northville area. I would not hesitate to take any of my good clothes here.

I have found the perfect dry cleaner. My shirt got destroyed by the previous dry cleaner that I visited. The owner of the cleaner machine washed my shirt instead of dry cleaning. I was so disappointed with the result. So I decided to bring the shirt to another location.

I decided to bring in my shirt to Pro Magic cleaner and the result was outstanding. I was so pleased with the way my shirt turned out.

The counter clerk was very helpful and friendly. She immediately knew the shirt had been machine washed. I was completely impressed with her customer service. She answered all my questions very nicely. I highly recommend this cleaner to anyone.

I had an issue with my silk dress. I was afraid to clean it at home so I took it to this particular cleaner. I explained the problem to the girl and she was very polite and helpful. She explained every possibilities that may happen once I clean the dress. However, I took the risk and decided to clean it and the results were excellent. I was very pleased by the job and the customer service. I highly recommend this cleaner.

Worst customer service....EVER!!!!!!! The girl at the counter is argumentative and unpleasent. I took a suit in to have cleaned and pressed. When I mentioned that I didn't like the way it was pressed she basically told me tough. Really? What happened to customer service. When I asked for my money back she told me no. When I asked for the manger's phone # she stated that she was the manager. When I asked for the owner's phone # she wouldn't give it to me. She then told me to leave the store or she would call the police. I won't be going back there. I recommend that if you do go there you find a different cleaners.
