This was the first time my dog has been professionally groomed, and I couldn't be happier! She was so shaggy and tons of knots from being so hairy. The people were so friendly and treated my dog so nice, I will definitely return. Can't thank them enough, I just love my dogs new look!

This place honestly sucks. For one the woman there would not let me choose how I wanted my dog cut. She insisted she knew what should be done and it was better than what I wanted. When I picked up my dog (14 weeks old) he went in as a huge fluff ball, and came out the same way. All she did was bathe him and trim his face and charged me $30.00! And if I wasn't mad enough, he ended up with fleas. He hadn't had them before because I check every week when he gets a bath and two days later I found some on him. She leaves them in cages with blankets in them and clearly doesn't change them out. I will never ever go back.

I brought my schnauzer to TLC and had a good experience. It was clear they wanted to do a very good job and were conscientious. They finished quicker than promised and the fee was reasonable. I took home a very pretty dog. The only criticism I could make was that I wanted her schnauzer cut a bit longer than normal and had to explain that several times to the intake person. It seemed that she REALLY wanted me to go with the usual cut. I think my dog looked closer to her vision than mine, but it was a close call. Still, I would bring her back there because she looked great and the price was very reasonable.

I tried this groomer based on the referral of a friend - her pugs love the place - I did not care for it.
