I only gave this store a star because I could not post a review without a rating, but they do not even deserve one star. I absolutely would not recommend this consignment shop. Brought two prom dresses completely dry cleaned, in proper garment bags, and worn one time. At the end of the consignment period I picked up my dresses and one had multiple tears and pulls in the fabric. Now the dress is ruined and unable to be fixed. Although this store is not held responsible for damages, I would never bring another item to this store or recommend it to anyone because they have a blatant disregard for their customer's items. The damages done to this dress now make it impossible to even donate to someone who is not fortunate enough to be able to afford a prom dress. Never again will I go to this consignment shop because of their lack of professionalism and care for their clients.
