He is VERY rude, his office staff was very rude as well. He told me I was informed that wisdom teeth would only be removed with numbing on the phone, because it was checked off on the paper, which was a lie, I was not informed until this morning. I would never put my son through that! When I told him I was not told that he told me he didnt believe me. He called me a liar. I am sorry if his staff did not do their job.

I would of never woke up and taken 4 kids to my moms at 6am...and drive for 1.5 hours if I would of been told that. His manners are awful, his staff is not much nicer. I would never trust my son in the hands of someone like this.

His wisdom teeth were impacted, and I wanted them extracted before they ruin the $7000 I spent on braces. I think local numbing for impacted wisdom teeth is crazy, I was put under when I had mine done and still had pain I could never do that to my kid.

I walked out of the office after being called a liar, and now I have done research on the doctor glad I did! I am willing to pay more money for better service trust me!

Like above because I dont have dental insurance was treated awful, the fact is I had the money to pay for the services and that is ridiculous!

And the one good review on this page is very phony beware!

Well after reading some of the posts in was scared to death.. But I must disagree with all the them. First. We are fortunate enough that he performs the services getting what Medicaid pays....he explained everything. Was fast and was finished pulling 3 teeth within approx 15 minutes.. We don't go to dentist to be coddled by u staff. Were there for a relief from our pain..OK. So the staff doesn't pet your head and tell u sweet nothings. Our give u a happy face sticker when u leave..so was very professional.. And virtually pain free.. So please don't let those other review scare you.. The job will get done by a very capable oral surgeon.. Thank you to all staff..it's go back anyday without hesitation

Staff was rude right from the beginning when I was just trying to schedule my appointment to see him. Then I met dr. Bisping. and all my worst fears and more happened. I really believes he enjoys putting his patients in pain. He numbed my right eye so I felt like I was cross eyed and when I explained I was seeing double all je said was "it can happen, and to cover one of my eyes up with my hand so I could see normal." At one point after stabbing me 3 times in the ROOF of my mouth I was crying and immediately felt like I was going to pass out he just grabbed ahold of my face and said "keep your mouth open" as he continued to stab more shots in my mouth. He never asked if I was ok or gave me a second to catch my breath from the unbearable pain he just kept going..no reaction whatsoever. He does not give a crap about his patients. I walked out of there with one eye numbed and just overall in complete SHOCK in how he was with me...most HORRIFIC experience of my life!!! I would not wish him on my worst enemy!!!

Horrible. Office never answers their phones. Wisdom teeth came in and couldn't chew with the right side of my mouth. Referred to them and when I called the day I was referred to them they answered saying you have to call back 13 days later to make an appointment. Mouth is in so much pain.

I could not have had a better experience getting my teeth pulled. The office was clean and bright, the receptionist was welcoming and helpful, and the dentist's assistant was professional and efficient. Everything was explained to me before I even met Dr. Bisping in the paperwork. I was informed every step of the way and when the Doctor finally got a look at my teeth he changed my care plan. He explained his opinion, what he thought was best for me, and I was confident in his decision. He came off kind, knowledgeable, and seemed to really care about my dental health and the pain I had been experiencing. He seemed to want the best care for me. Before the procedure he told me what to expect and then explained the procedure again every step of the way. I felt no pain during the procedure and he was necessarily forceful but he was considerate of my feelings the entire time. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Bisping in a heartbeat.

I was very pleased with Dr Bisping removing my daughter's teeth. It took us three months to find him and get there but we were fortunate. Several days before her appointment I saw some of the poor reviews. I wondered. We went and found the experience nothing like described. We were treated professionally, kindly, sensitively and with information pertaining to her care and healing. It is sad that reviews like those were written. We should be thankful that he is willing to perform his services for Medicaid patients. I would gladly recommend him!
