This is the ABSOLUTE worst restaurant I have ever been to. The server was very obviously on something, she was incompetent, the manager was nowhere to be seen and the food, if possible, was worse than the service. The table next to us had a sense of humor about the service at least. We were joking with them about whose was worse. Absolutely the worst place to go in Muskegon!

This location deserves ZERO stars! I've ordered carry-out FOUR times since they've re-opened around Thanksgiving/Christmas time in 2014, and ALL FOUR TIMES they have messed up my order. I have even went inside 2 of these 4 times to place my order. The staff and even the managers have the comprehension abilities of a mentally challenged 6 year old. You may as well over-pay them and ask for a "grab-bag-meal" because they will NEVER get your order right. They've forgotten whole meals, mixed up orders, and then when I go back WITH MY RECEIPT, they tell me I'm wrong and they can't help me. I didn't know it took a Master's degree to take an order correctly. Absolutely terrible. Don't waste your time or money. I would rather set my cash on fire than hand it over to another incompetent Green Street Denny's employee.

This place is a disaster. Every single server gets overwhelmed when they have over 4 tables. They will vanish if asked to even refill your water and will ignore tables completely if they feel they're too busy. The cook's line takes forever to prepare your food (provided you get to order) and you can easily wait 45 minutes just to do that. All in all, if you do intend to go here, please allow over 2 hours for the experience regardless of how busy they are. To get refills on drinks, you literally have to flag down every server that walks by in hopes that one of them will do it. This place is the worst run restaurant I've ever encountered and I've traveled the world. This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. We tried this place 3 times so far and the 3rd time they were closed on order to clean, restock, and get organized for the next morning because apparently, doing that while open is beyond their ability.
