I ordered from them once in June 2014. By August I had gotten no response and called them. I was put off and told "oh, the person is on honeymoon they're backed up, etc..." by October they stopped answering all calls. Here in November I just tried again and the number is now changed to a different business.

I have ordered from one of their branches, Warweb, 3 times. The first two times everything went smoothly. However, on the most recent order I placed, I have been given several excuses as to why they can't ship my order, and finally, in the past week or so, all of my attempts to contact them have been ignored. They told my one item was holding up my order, then lied and said they would ship everything else anyway. It has been more than two weeks, and their customer service refuses to contact me. No one at their storefront answers their phone.



I STRONGLY discourage anyone from ordering from them.
