There is about a 75% chance that when you get home with the part that you will have to go back to get the right part 2 more time. I just went to get brake pads for my hummer and I ask the sales person dug about a brand that I wanted to use. I had no idea that it was an auto zone part dug said we don’t carry that kind closed down the screen he was on & walked away from me as I was saying give me the best ones you all sale. He lost $6,000 that day I was going to buy transmission parts to rebuild my wife’s suv transmission

Employees and managers are always helpful. Grate attitudes and motivated with helping you with what you need. Always suggestive and have an open ear to listen also.

Advanced has always been a good parts store but they seemed to have changed there remanufacturing company for rebuilt electronic parts such as starter's, alternator's etc. Before I only used Napa for these parts but now think advanced has better parts refurbished parts at a better price.
