I bought a "Crab Master" crab cleaning device from Colgard. The gizmo did not perform in any way like their video showed. I tried everything to get it to work. I finally had to give up and return it to them. They charged me one third of the cost of the Crab Master to return it, and when I complained, they started quoting the Bible to me! As far as I am concerned, Colgard is no better than a gaggle of chicken thieves. I recommend avoid doing business with them. George Dismukes

AVOID THIS BUSINESS. Longer story shorter: They didn't fulfill their end of our order & instead of talking to me when I called to discuss, they hung up on me repeatedly, put me on hold until I insisted the associate stay on the line only to be forced to overhear "That Lady is calling again- She's not on hold" and all the nastiness and insult that came after.. from all the men in the room sitting around sharing fishing stories - YEAH! I listened. What hurts is I hadn't even gotten the opportunity to talk to anyone about the order! just overheard ...Shame on you.. Every single person I spoke to. I hope you all learn a hard lesson about professionalism
