I agree the norton store does better than the kingpsort one but the owner is snotty and all the sales workers that kingsport store is a joke dont know why its open hardly anything in there but wedding dresses

First, Teresa(the owner) is extremely nice and inviting until you pay her in full. Once she has received payment she could care less about any problems you may have with items purchased from her store. I am a veteran who went to this store for the tuxes for my wedding. When I picked up my tuxes, they were not steamed, one of the ties looked like it had been wadded up and put under a dresser, one of the pants were not even hemmed, and the flower girl dress I ordered from them had to be cut in half and another piece of material had to be sewn in because they ordered the dress two sizes too small, it looked like three different dresses sewn into one, I was so embarrassed.

If you want to waste money, get treated like crap, and possibly have your special day ruined go to the Glass Slipper
