This business is not reputable. I was told that they needed a credit card to be able to confirm that an issue with our KOHLER generator was indeed a warranty item which was diagnosed by our certified electrician. The technician arrived, met with our electrician and found that the transfer switch was junk from KOHLER and that it did need to be replaced. At no time did anyone inform us that the "start up" and registration of the generator would be 572.00. KOHLER confirmed that anyone could have registered the generator and it did not need to be registered by a licensed technician. The start up was also bogus as the unit had been started numerous times prior to PALCO arriving. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!
