Provided by YP.comMy technician, Michael Johnson, was very professional and helpful. He did an outdoor treatment, and then offered to come inside to do some additional treatment in problem areas. He was able to explain what he was doing clearly and he was very courteous.

Provided by YP.comThe company is very deceitful...they tell you that they are offering some amazing discount then help themselves to your credit card for triple the consultation quote, their service is poor and their customer service worse.
And, after all that said, we still have crickets. Scam!!

Provided by YP.comThis company offers everything and has extremely poor service. They don't return phone calls or respond on time. Now they are not taking service appointments for existing clients. The manager never returns a request for a call back. I would not recommend them.

Provided by YP.comThe salesman came to my house after dark on a stupid segway scooter that glowed blue in the dark! That was a mistake number 1! Who comes to your door after dark? He told me all about his company and said he cost more than Terminix and I should go with Aptive! I said I am happy with Terminix and they took care of my bug problems and issues. And there haven't been any bugs since I have been using Terminex and they are a lot cheaper. Then the salesman shows me his tablet and show that the BBB has them Rated as a A- and Terminix is like a B+ he said but didn't show me. I said well Terminix did an A+ service so far. And i wasn't interested. The salesman says "Thanks for wasting my time!" He was the one who would not take that I wasn't interested. How was I wasting his time? So unprofessional! Go with Terminix they do a great job and there work speaks for themselves. They don't need to go begging you to use their service!

Provided by YP.comTheir agent, Josh Covarrubias, was a dream. He explained all that he would be doing with such an air of confidence and enthusiasm about their product that it was almost contagious. What an asset he is to Aptive as he truly enjoys his job and working hard to please their clients. After he left I called the company asking that if possible I would prefer only Josh for all future treatments.

Provided by YP.comThe Active service tech Doug was great, very informative & professional. Explained how the billing process worked before doing any treatment. Then explained what kind of treatment I was getting & how it's going to protect my house . Even though it was my first treatment, I was impressed by Doug's professionalism.
