The website to reserve seating is clunky. 3 out of 4 times here, there have been people in our seats when we arrive at the theatre. 2 out of 3 times, people talk throughout the entire movie, a woman on the phone and her flashlight was annoying, and also my reserved seat did not recline. The seat is not comfortable if it does not recline. It's too bad since a little proper management could resolve these issues. Just like the rest of Norwalk, a bunch of low lives have taken over, and for a nice experience, you need to go elsewhere.
