I set an appointment for a Saturday at 9 a.m., and got 3 'Smile Reminder' confirmations. I was there at 9 sharp and the office was locked up, no one home. I waited 15 mins, no one showed. I left a voice mail, no one responded. This was not the first problem I've had with the appointment setter in the office. She turned me off enough times that I've switched to a new dentist, and now I can't seem to get a copy of my X-Rays. I sent a request on the 7th and more than 10 days later my new dentist hasn't received the XRays or heard a word. All around, very very frustrating experiences with this office.
