This company is HORRIBLE. I bought an exercise bike that needed three repair visits only to be told that I needed a new one -- which has the same problem. You cannot call and speak to anyone in customer service, if you can even call it that. You can only leave message on a voicemail system and they'll call you back the next business day. If you are available, you can speak to a human, if not, you return the call by again speaking to the voicemail system and getting a call back the next day. Absolutely ridiculous.
