During my 7 day Trial Period i was exhausted. I have been trying to reach customer service or a phone number to get assistant with my login. I save the email i received on my login and after trying over and over, I finally accepted the fact it was disabled. When i logged in at the bottom is states "Help Desk is Closed" and this was up on their web the entire time. A i read the terms & conditions it noted only for current customers a fax no. only to cancel. I was so upset that i couldn't get any assistant for 7 days. By then my credit card had been charged and i received an email stating the amount was for $100.00 plus, I then started investigating and noticed a address & city at the bottom of their webpage. I searched the Yellow Pages and found a company with the same address and a phone number. I called and it rang & rang & rang! Beleive it or not the company name was not Foreclosure Store it was Foreclosure World! The day after the charge hit my bank i came home with a voicmail messaging from my bank fraud dept. I called and was told a fraud was attempt on my account by Foreclosure World was for $39.00 ( now that left me really confused $100.00 emailed & $39.00 ready to charged to my account ) & i ask world or store they said world. I explained i did not authorize that transaction. So i say to you.. If you purchase or attempt to purchase any consumer should have the right to contact the seller of the product.

This is a no go guys. DON'T DO IT!....IT'S A SCAM... If my bank had not contacted me i would not have been able to stop this transaction & would be out of more money. This process in finding out about the company exceeded a 4hr diligant job.

I purchased the 30 day trial of the Foreclosure Course. It wasn't what I expected nor wanted, so I returned it within the 30 day trial period. On the 32nd day, I got charged $297.00. Now it looks like I'm in for a long battle to get the refund. My advice to anyone thinking about patronizing this company, STAY AWAY! You can get the same information from your local library. I can't even give a one star rating to this company, but I can't post this review without one.
