Located in Norwalk, Conn., the Child Guidance Center of Mid-Fairfield County offers a range of prevention, evaluation and treatment services to address a children s psychological, behavioral and emotional health. The center s facilities are accessible to people with physical disabilities. The Child Guidance Center of Mid-Fairfield County provides a variety of services that includes initial screening to define problems, psychiatric consultation and evaluation, psychological and developmental testing, and individual, parent guidance and group psychotherapy. It also supports the Intensive Outpatient Program, which is a statewide community-based therapy program for children and their families. The Center offers educational and consultation programs for the general public.
