I lived in the Corset Factory for three years (moved out in 2015). The physical space of this apartment complex is beautiful and in general I enjoyed living there.



However, the management company/leasing office (Spinnaker Real Estate Partners in South Norwalk) is the WORST I have ever dealt with. Rude, arrogant, incompetent, unprofessional, poor communication skills, generally unavailable and unhelpful.



BEWARE they also manage the new IRON WORKS buildings. I'd highly recommend staying away from both properties if you ever intend to interact with management or leasing. In my experience, the management never responded to emails, answered the phone, or replied to voicemails. Finally, to get my questions answered I had to physically show up in the management office and corner the manager.



They may be nice places to live, but save yourself the headache and frustration of dealing with this management company if you can and find somewhere else.
