One of the first priorities that should be mandatory is that English is the first language! I asked where I could find a cassette tape after I had inquired via phone call. A hispanic woman was nothing short of clueless, and was pointing me towards the tape isle, and really couldn't care less if i found what I was looking for or not. If Walmart continues staffing employees such as this, then I will be taking my business elsewhere, and others will be smart to follow my lead as well. Its not just one Walmart, but the two both in Norwalk, Ct. Its becoming an epidemic! Again, not worthy of a full star, an 1/8 at best ! :(
